• When we say something is "in-stock," it means we've got it ready and waiting in our inventory, so as soon as you place your order, we can ship it out to you right away.
• On the other hand, "made-to-order" items are customized just for you. We'll need a bit of time, usually around 14 working days, to create and prepare your unique item before we can ship it out to you. It's all about making sure it's exactly what you want!

• Store your jewelry in a clean and dry place -- ideally away from sunlight in a jewelry box or pouch.
• Avoid contact with chlorine, perfume, heated or salt water, and chemicals.

• Carnelian & Lapis lazuli can go in water; however, Mother of Pearl, Malachite & Chalcedony should not go in water (this will damage the stone).
