Shipping & Delivery
International Orders
We charge a fixed delivery fee of HK$200 (approx. US$26) for all international orders, and it is expected to take approx. 1-2 weeks before you receive your order (this is largely dependent on your location). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
For customized orders (i.e. bracelets & bangles), please add 14-20 days to the delivery time since our products are all handcrafted from scratch.
We offer free shipping for +2 items purchase.
Hong Kong Orders
We use SF Express for all our deliveries in Hong Kong. Similar to international orders, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your product has been shipped. Your order should arrive within 3 business days.
